Christmas Woo Fest returns on the Saturday before Christmas! We are thrilled to announce that Woo Fest is returning with some incredible live music at the Marrs Bar in Worcester. Every single penny from your ticket will go straight to the wonderful St Richards Hospice thanks to the amazing bands, Marrs bar and of course our Sponsor, Lowe’s Garage – the place to go for MOTs in Worcester!

Tickets are available at £10 in advance by visiting and what’s more unlike most gigs there isn’t a booking fee! This event is likely to be a sell-out based on our last Christmas Woo Fest so please get your tickets as quickly as you can. £13 entry on the night (if we aren’t already sold out!). Please come and join us for a night of great music and raise some much needed funds for St Richard’s Hospice. It’s going to be one hell of a party!

What can you expect on the night? We have pulled together the ultimate party night with a mixture of fantastic tunes (both originals and covers) from incredibly talented and generous acts. In no particular order we have..

Chewie – What can we say about Chewie – he’s a great supporter of Woo Fest and also an incredibly talented man. Popping up in different guises in bands such as Dogs of Santorini, Underworld Wonderland and most recently Los Neibourinos – a fantastic act that supported Virtual Woo Fest in the summer. Here Chewie will be playing solo, expect a few surprises, some incredibly written tunes and some classics

Strange Brew – a collective of Talented local musicians – this will be set worth watching as we bring you musicians such as Theone, Immy and the Boatman and secret special guests. There are some incredibly talented people playing in our local area and you will see the best of the best during this set

Echo Gecco – this is an extremely exciting emerging band from the West Midlands, fresh from a successful summer including an epic appearance at Lake Fest, Echo Gecco completely wowed the Woo Fest team at the recent Worcester Music Festival (also at the Marrs bar) with their rhythm driven rock sounds. Not to be missed.

Chimp on a Bike – These boys will really get the Christmas party started – playing classic rock tunes that will get you bouncing, Chimp on a Bike are all incredible musicians that smash it every time and great lads too

Drifta – Drifta (Dave Small from the band Arcadia Roots) is a big friend of Woo Fest and regularly supports our ventures, currently perfecting incredible sets of solo acoustic reggae with electronic loops , samples and African percussion. His set of newly written-tunes that feel instantly familiar, coupled with arcadia roots classics and a few surprising snippets will really get you going
