The Pete Mann Trio
A raw untamed feel based performance of blues, rock, jazz and pop. The Pete Mann trio create a unique performance every time.
Wailing guitar solos, powerhouse drum and bass grooves and improvised sections of madness.
A blend of original and non original material. Pete and the boys push their ability and creativity each time to try and create a show you will only see once.
Although the core of the band is a trio they are frequently joined by talented singers and musicians as special guests.
Tyler Massey Quartet
Tyler Massey Quartet (aka TMQ) evolved organically over a period of several years, coalescing around the catalogue of Americana indie songs written by Maryland-born guitarist Tyler Massey.
Starting as a trio with Alex Knight on bass and Eric Hej on percussion, they have now become a four piece featuring Ralph Jackson on sax & flute. This will be their first time at the Marrs Bar with this line-up. Expect new songs and at least one surprise cover.
Matthew Waddoups
Matthew Waddoups of ‘The Blackbirds’ is grateful to ‘The Pete Mann trio’ for the time and space to perform a set of never heard before originals.
Normally a Jazz band front man, the blackbird is picking up the acoustic guitar once more to serenade blues/folk fans.
