James Mattey guitar/vocals is joined by brothers Dan Clifford-Smith Drums/Backing Vocals and Adam Clifford-Smith Slap Bass. In 2016 they recorded a live session for BBC Introducing Hereford and Worcester where they launched their 1st EP ” Punch of Phunk” recorded with supremo engineer Dave Draper which is now available through itunes, spotify etc. Signed to MAS Records plans are now in place to record their 2nd EP during the summer of 2017.
Lemonade are a 5 piece whatever-they-feel-like band formed in Worcester about three weeks ago when A few local guys decided to come together in the interest of trying to have some good clean musical fun. The members are
Alex – Guitar
Ellie – Vocals
Ryan – Drums
Josh – Guitar
A couple of times a year 3 local musicians come together to play ummm……well, Not even brownfield know that. Brownfield have been described as the marmite of Worcester. While certainly not being anywhere on the jazz improv scale they allow their surroundings, the weather and their current state of mind to influence whatever might come out that day. Perhaps in a dark room with no spectators they would choose to sit in contemplative silence. But with no one there to see it who could say it ever happened. Every brownfield show will never happen again.
