Following the release of their second single ‘Mind’s Eye’, alternative psychedelic rock 4-piece, Nuns of the Tundra, will be celebrating the release of their next track ‘ Dead in the Desert’. Taking influence from the likes of Royal Blood; QOTSA; and Muse, to fuse probing rhythms, laconic vocals and thunderous riffs together, all dressed up with leather swagger, Nuns are a band that are definitely not to be missed!

“Screw Royal Blood. We think Nuns of the Tundra are the saviours of mainstream rock.” Overblown Blog

Pop punk three piece from Worcestershire who fill their live sets with fun, energy, tight vocal harmonies and powerful guitar riffs.

The Black Rattles were formed nearly two years ago when Rich Monk (vocals / guitar) met southern Irish native Konrad Sheane (drums)online whilst bonding over a mutual passion and desire to write and perform rock n’ roll. Messages were sent back and forth and Konrad flew to the UK where the duo immediately clicked during a week of intense rehearsals, which sowed the seeds for The Black Rattles.

Re-locating to Worcester City in Worcestershire, where the band are currently based, they enlisted the help of producer and close friend Ben Stancombe and began writing and recording the songs that will appear on aforementioned long player ‘The Undiscovered Colour’.

Following in the footsteps of other like-minded two-piece bands; The White Stripes, Two Gallants and The Black Keys they have a wide spectrum of influences ranging from The Doors to Hank Williams to Pink Floyd to hip hop artist Yelawolf. Inspired by of all of those influences, with Monk’s hard hitting addictive rock n’ roll riffs and Sheane following in pursuit with booming Bonham like drums, they’ve managed to create and master a truly innovative sound that’s unlike anyone else around right now.
