North Carolina-based Americana duo A Different Thread return to Worcester as part of their 20-date Over Again album release tour.
Fresh off winning Best Folk/Americana Song at the International Acoustic Music Awards and a ★★★★ Rolling Stone Germany review, the transatlantic duo continue to earn praise for their harmony-driven blend of British folk-rock and North Carolina alt-country.
Formed after meeting while busking in Ireland, Alicia Best (North Carolina) and Robert Jackson (England) have built a loyal following through years of touring on both sides of the Atlantic. Their live shows combine rich harmonies, honest storytelling, and songs that balance longing, resilience, and hope.
Support comes from Nastee Chapel comprising of Steve van Neikerk (South Africa) and NatalieGrace Kelsey (Worcester). Their music blends tradition and progression, fusing genres and influences to create a musical melting pot you’ve never heard before.
