Taylor Swift Mixtape: Side 2 – Let’s Turn Up the Volume!
In the week in which Taylor Swift brings her Eras Tour to the UK, we’re turning the Taylor Swift Mixtape over for side 2!
After last month’s awesome mashup of her greatest hits, the second half of the project sees us mix in even more fan favourites, deep cuts and singalong classics, along with fresh tracks from her recent album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department’.
Although it’s an early session on a Sunday evening, as always at The Marrs Bar, the music will be nice and loud, with flashing lights for that night-club feel, and the fully licensed bar will be operating a robust ID policy to make sure that everyone has a fun but safe time.
We had quite a few young Swifties join us for the last Mixtape and we’re open to welcoming fans upwards of 8 years old, at the discretion of their parents, with a reminder that (each pair of) under-16s will need to be accompanied by an adult.
Be mindful however that, especially with TTPD being so much more sweary, we’ll be playing unedited Taylor’s versions as the crowd is likely to sing the most emotional versions they know anyhow.
So whether as a the perfect warm-up for those going to one of her UK shows or for a taste of the Eras Tour excitement for those who aren’t this time, come and join us for another chance to sing our hearts out and dance together!
Doors at 3.30pm for dancing from 4pm right through until 7pm.
